We were given a choice by Chris of either no permit because he felt his permit to build was sufficient or by permit from the county.
We made the choice to go with Chris and now the county is letting us know it will fail inspection. Our choice not Chris.
** Choose to go thru county permitting. Yes it may take you longer but in the long run, it will save you money. The workers are not qualified worked by inspection standards. We now have to have electrical that was run from the house to the pool re done and inspected at a tune of $15,000.Improper wires and tubing.
** We had an additional charge of 23K looped into the bill that was a double and if not caught by me, this would have been extra cash to put out for no reason. Review your bills.
** There are some comments about Chris and his involvement, it may of worked for you, but the only time we saw Chris was for money and when asked for help on the pool operations there is a limit on what is taught so use you tube to really help.
Let me make this clear, i am not unhappy about the pool, just frustrated that a year later it will cost me more money to fix his issues that could have been avoided. I am not recommending this company as there were hidden issues and just be careful, thank you
